The Lake County Parks 883-acre Goose Lake property was purchased and restored to wetlands in Phase I and II. A total of 643 acres of wetland habitat have been restored and enhanced at this site. Ducks Unlimited designed and delivered this wetland restoration project which now provides ideal migration and production habitat for migratory birds and other wildlife.
