An acquisition of 153 acres, this parcel is owned and managed by the Indiana DNR. A 120 acre wetland unit and surrounding native prairie grasses were restored to benefit nesting and migrating species of waterfowl as well as many other species of local concern. This parcel is located south of U.S. 30 and east of the Kankakee River.
